"He's a great example for the other players, both on and off the pitch. He's a hard worker and he's always willing to learn. He's also a great character and he's been a really positive influence in the dressing room."

Phillips said: "I'm really enjoying my time at Town. It's a great club with a great set of players and staff.

"I'm learning a lot from the manager and the other players. I'm also enjoying playing in front of the fans. They're really passionate and they've made me feel very welcome."
