Wolves v Arsenal: Odegaard brace takes Gunners five points clear
Second-half goals from Martin Odegaard saw Arsenal beat Wolves 2-0 to move five points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
The Norwegian midfielder struck twice in the space of 10 minutes to give the Gunners a comfortable victory at Molineux.
Arsenal took the lead in the 55th minute when Odegaard curled a superb free-kick into the top corner from 25 yards. He then doubled the lead 10 minutes later with a fine finish from inside the area.
The win takes Arsenal five points clear of Manchester City, who have a game in hand. Wolves remain in 19th place, two points from safety.
Speaking after the game, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said: "I'm really happy with the performance and the result. We knew it was going to be a tough game, but we showed great character and quality to get the win."
